I believe in the future of INDIANS in Canada. For an INDIAN is an INDIAN within the means of the INDIAN act in Canada.
And therein lies your problem, and probably the very root of your question. What other ethnicity, "allows" the government to define them by blood quantum? For that matter, what other ethnicity, does the government try to define by blood quantum?
The very fact that you reference the Indian Act, shows your ignorance louder than anything else which you have said in this thread. The Indian Act was created specifically with the intent to eliminate "Indians" as defined by the "Indian Act" itself, and its written in there too. You should really read it sometime. The whole purpose of it was to assimmilate, until there were "no Indians" anymore.
Reservations that you've mentioned, were just one part of the Indian Act. Divide & Conquer is hardly a new technique after all. There's plenty more examples if you actually care to know, I'm sure you can find them, although frankly I hope you've been banned for your stupidity.
