Sigh, when is this bullshit going to end. Give them everything they ask for but don't give them a cent for anything a normal Canadian wouldn't get. If they want a dentist office, sure fund it. If they want there own seperate healthcare system for just natives. Screw them and tell them to go fuck themselves and use the same method as that one reserve that put billboards up to generate income and use that fund it.
Such a waste of tax payers money.

Since Healthcare is a provincial concern, as spelled out in the Constitution, this would require a Constitutional ammendment, no?
