Who cares. Let Enbridge give the Indians some money so they can do something productive. Do you think Enbridge gives a shit about Saskatchewan? No, they want profits. And if the pipeline goes ahead I bet theyget a HUGE tax break from the government ... so basically us taxpayers get screwed twice.
You'd think as Saskatchewan residents you would want a cut of that too.
