We all have a stake in cleansing police forces of bad cops:

If you're a good cop, bad cops give you a bad name and put you at risk.

If you're a taxpayer, bad cops are bad value for your money ... bloodsuckers.

If you're from Hamilton, you've heard of
bad cop
RYAN TOCHER

Ya he's a former never-good-enough-for-NHL hockey player, probably bitter and angry about it because he likes to beat up and shoot people.

He has his own wiki page due to his career of police brutality:
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ryan_Tocher#section_1

Ryan Tocher Born June 14, 1975
Hamilton, ON, CA
Since his retirement from hockey, Tocher is now a police officer in his hometown of Hamilton, Ontario. He was initially charged for assault on Po La Hay in Hamilton Ontario after executing a search warrant to the wrong house. Tocher was later cleared of charges. The judge said the province did not have enough evidence to prove excessive force was used.

In February 2012, Constable Ryan Tocher has once again been named the subject officer by the province’s Special Investigations Unit in relation to a fatal Hamilton shooting (he was the shooter) . No other Hamilton police officer has ever faced three separate SIU investigations.
He has since been cleared in this incident.

The cocky prick likes to pick up drunks and beat on them. He doesn't care about witnesses and security cameras because he always gets off. He celebrated police brutality day yesterday beating up one of his favourite targets.

RYAN TOCHER IS GOING DOWN!
If you know this creep, get him to a psychiatrist and off the force asap, because he does NOT want to go to jail.

Really? Where else is it posted? Links pls.
Must be someone else posting too, not surprising given how notoriously dirty this aho is.

I like good cops who do their job on the street and who also try to get rid of bad cops: The street credo of not ratting out others is the policy of CRIMINALS. We expect better value from our police officers because we pay them to work for us.

Are you a 'bad cop' lover, or just a bad cop?

Are you a 'good cop' hater?

You join this site, you don't fill out your profile, you don't introduce yourself, I'm sure you didn't read the forum rules and your first post is a rant. You're not here to contribute and you haven't given us any reason to be sympathetic to your cause.

Besides ranting, what concrete actions have you taking to solve this problem?

Wouldn't you like to know. 8)

http://m.thespec.com/news/local/article ... ls-coverup
Justice Paul Currie said the Crown did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Detective Constable Ryan Tocher used excessive force in subduing Po La Hay in a mistaken raid of Hay’s Sanford Avenue North apartment May 4,2010.

But while Tocher,36,walked out of court smiling Thursday, the Hamilton Police Service wasn’t as lucky. Currie suggested the conduct of four police witnesses in the case “raises the spectre of a coverup.”

Currie was particularly concerned that neither Sergeant Paul Henderson, the raid supervisor, nor Detective Constables Chris Camalleri, Christopher Button or Angela Weston —all of whom where in the kitchen with Hay and the accused —could positively identify Tocher as the officer who stomped Hay. Weston has since transferred to the Niagara Regional Service.

“I find the collective evidence of the witness officers to be troubling. Their inconsistencies in their version of the evidence and their apparent inability or unwillingness to identify the person attached to the leg,as most were easily serving in close proximity to the person who was attached to it,strains credulity and raises the spectre of a coverup,” Currie said in his ruling.
...
Tocher admitted stomping the 5-foot-7,130-pound Hay as he struggled with Camalleri, Button and Weston on the floor of his apartment just after 11 officers burst through his door.

Police had a warrant to conduct a bust on suspected cocaine trafficker Gary Demetries but had the wrong apartment. Demetries lived next door.

Whole apartment full of bad cops.
But Tocher's the one who stomped on a small innocent man.
This man lived to sue.
Tocher shot and killed two others, one totally innocent.

Bastards like this give all cops a bad name.
And he's still out there earning a living and a pension on your tax dollars by beating on vulnerable people.

Living next door to Hamilton I assure you that shootings are rare. The homicide rate at end of 2011 was 5 in a population approaching 750,000. For the same cop to be involved in 2 fatal shooting, whether justified or not, is certainly eye opening to say the least add to that possible excessive force on an innocent victim with high suspicions of cover up. Yes this cop need to be scrutinized. you may not see a pattern but others do. Me included.

Interesting leap of logic. Huh, so following that logic being employed here, would you be a bitter pedophile that got busted by the cops?

Unlikely, so I suspect you may want to change tack if you're looking for discourse. If not, well.... I suspect you know how it'll all fall out.

Hey Genius since you mentioned a name you realize this is libel unless you can prove what you are saying it true. There is precedent for it. Just talk to the folks from Freedominion.ca who have been sent to court (along with the poster) a number of times for allowing things like this. Just Google Warman Vs Freedominion.ca or Roger smith versus John Baglow / Freedominion.ca One reason this might not be in the main stream media is that it is total slander.

I don't like bad cops but I like drive by libelous smearing with no proof even less.
