He will post it on some "up skirt" web site and a bunch of adolescent pimple face punks will be spanking the monkey to them. That's the reality. And apparently some people at CKA too. I've explained why I feel it was inappropriate to add that pic to this story. I think I was clear enough.

Red_Eye wrote: The picture is not offensive but the action should be. Actually the picture is offensive. Would you like a member of your family to be exposed like that? It's offensive because someone is being taken advantage of. I highly doubt that that woman expected someone to start taking pictures of her from an angle low enough to see up her skirt.

Thanks for the pic I didn't see it in the link. I say that picture is not worst than we see everyday in magazines and on tv , so I wouldn't get exactly worked up on it . Now that said , the action of this guy should not go unpunished. The picture is not offensive but the action should be. The picture isn't in the link. It was added to the news page link to illustrate the story. Tell me something though. Why should the guy get punished if you don't have an issue with the pic being posted here? Surely it can't be because you respect her privacy.

Actually I think that Picture is of Britney, no that women had underwear. A poparattzi took a pic of Britney Spears upskirt with no panties, and was not charged. It's todays society, and NO it's not right, but then again, millions of people buy the magazines it's in, so who I'm I to judge what is right or wrong. It's sell papers, it makes money. Yes an invasion of privacy, don't wear a skirt.

Ok first I say cut the guys balls off. In the second place if that is a pic of the women that was assulted by this guy. TAKE IT DOWN. Your absolutely right that pic will likely end up on some half assed amateur porn site. That doesn't mean we have to add to her indignity here. I don't have issue with women who willingly display themselves on the net. Thats their business. For us to post a pic of a woman who had no intent of it either being taken or used in this manner is entirely wrong.

Surely it can't be because you respect her privacy. You know that pic could of been staged , who knows? Some take picks like that to make it more taboo. So the one posing is in agreement. To me whats offensive is the lack of consentment. Theres the hair for you lily to split, have a good day doing it HAHAHAHAHAHA
Don't bitch at me for squeeking just grease me real good.

Millions of people aren't always aware of how the pictures got there in the first place. Not all are willingly submitted there are some major fucking assholes in this world K.

I guess if someone comes up to your window and peers through the one little crack that they can see and takes a picture of you naked, it's your fault for not having good enough curtains.

BUT IT'S NOT. SO WHAT IS THE FUSS, IT'S A PIC OF A WOMENS PANTIES. That being said, I don't agree with the actions of the man in the U.K., it's an invasion of privacy, and assault. If it were my sister, I'd kill the bastard. But it's also the media fault, we allow women to be looked at as sex objects and until this changes, people STOP buying porn, then chances are this type of action will continue.

It's not a picture of the victim, but what is the point of adding it to the story? Do some people not know what's up woman's skirt ? Or was it just another excuse to post another unnecessary questionable photo?

Which is it.... the media or the people who ogle the images?
