Now that said , the action of this guy should not go unpunished.

Actually I think that Picture is of Britney, no that women had underwear.

A poparattzi took a pic of Britney Spears upskirt with no panties, and was not charged.

It's todays society, and NO it's not right, but then again, millions of people buy the magazines it's in, so who I'm I to judge what is right or wrong.

Your absolutely right that pic will likely end up on some half assed amateur porn site. That doesn't mean we have to add to her indignity here.
