Personally I'm in favor of castration for child rapists, either that or give them an hour naked in a room with a big guy named Bruno wearing a cock ring with razor blades attached to it.
The biggest problem with common sense is, it's not so common!

With this ruling I guarantee a lot of this types of criminals will shortly start to die while "resisting arrest".
Id rather be a conservative nut job than a liberal with no nuts and no job.
A liberals compassion is limited only by the size of someone elses wallet
