Some people get very poor, others, like myself, get better care than Canada. And please, nobody ever dies from waiting in Canada? In addition, you may have noticed the very high grades our system got for cancer survival rates!
Pretty damn good for a system in crisis. And the Americans outperform us in numerous other categories, one major one is medical research, that's why I have a much, much better chance of seeing a cure of psoriasis in the United States since there pharmaceutical companies who are devoting millions of dollars for research outside of the popular causes like AIDS and cancer (also to try to extend their patents, but I digress) Are there flaws in the American system? Sure. Does comparing it to the Canadian system make our flaws any better? No, and any belief of that is foolish.

How about the Canadians that do? Well this just tells them that if they don't like Canada's, it's probably better for them to go to Europe, instead of America. "Skewed stats", "propaganda", "bullshit", this is hilarious. Okay...you have no experience with the US medical system do you? I have personal experience, which isn't scientific at all, but its better than looking at some statistics that are very old news and somehow use that as propaganda against the United States is skewing the statistics, it is propaganda, and it is bullshit. You proved my point with the Europe quote. This tells them nothing. 47 million Americans without insurance? Who cares? They aren't American. x birth mortality rates? Who cares, since if they are going to give birth in the US they intend their children to be American citizens. I went to the US for 8 years of medical care and had some of the best experiences of all time, especially since most of those years are going into medical research that probably would not be funded in Canada.

Quote: This tells them nothing. 47 million Americans without insurance? Who cares? They aren't American Now that is a contradiction. The stats are correct. There are more Americans without health insurance then there are Canadians in total.

Who cares about infant mortality rates? Me, for one. This has to be, hands down, one of the stupidest posts I've read in a while. If I did the red rep thing, you'd be getting -4 points right now.

You proved my point with the Europe quote. My god. One person's experience doesn't stand int he face of many experiences. Clearly not everyone has the same view that America's healthcare is fulfilling, or else these stats would be in your favour, wouldn't they? How is the Europe quote proving your point? European countries time and time again are scoring better then everyone in health. Every survey says so. Are they all propaganda? All bullshit? From all these different sources? Or is it just to difficult for you to imagine that American healthcare is perhaps not the greatest? Quote: This tells them nothing. 47 million Americans without insurance? Who cares? Um. The Americans dying right now care. What kind of thing to say is that? PEOPLE care.

But how many Americans are clamoring to live in Sweden or Qatar?
I heard the classic comment about Canadians moving to America from a 21 year old. Basically you have to pay them. They have to move for high wages. It's a scary place otherwise.

And truth be told, I don't stumble upon your posts very often, lol, you usually aren't in the same threads I'm in, lol. But you certainly do deserve something. So here's the one I can give,
