the Flames (or any other team this year) didn't need to take out an ad campaign asking the fans not to boo them for being so shitty.
Is that a figment of your imagination? Thats one thing I missed this year.
But I know the fans set a record for games where the team was booed off the ice. At least Oiler fans know when they see a lack of effort. What do you think they should of done? Go out and buy a $200 sweater, just to sit in the stands and blend in with the rest of the choir and have a group hug.

But anyway, have fun with your continuing curse next year, when once again the knuckle-draggers that call themselves Oilers fans get to find out the hard way that it's really not the coaches fault.
Again I couldn't agree more with that.

It's just that an ugly, UGLY city with an eternally bad smell hanging over it like the stench of rotten onions is more than enough to keep anyone worth anything from ever wanting to play there.

Hmmm, an onion smell or living under a brown haze that you can see from 50 miles away.
Yeah I'm glad I don't live in either place.
Have a great summer in Ft. Mac.
Maybe if you have time, you can work on a letter to young Mr. Phaneuf and apologize to him for the majority of Flames fans that want him traded. I'm sure that hurt his feelings and would brighten up his time off.
