Here I thought this would be about Manitoba's Highway 32, which runs right near my place. :( What a disappointment.

I'm impressed that one of the six people a day who travel down that road actually knows how to use a computer.

Excuse me?

I haven't been on that road, but I have been on some really nice Sask trips. I got a copy of Robin and Arlene Karpan's book Saskatchewan Scenic Drives at Mc. R. in Sask. and decided to take the trip through Leoville, Chitic Lake and on to Meadow Lake on my trip north one day. What a nice trip. When I got to the ghost town of Metoos I almost turned around to do the trip over. Very nice.

The worst pothole I have ever seen was in Northern Ontario, travelling from T.Bay to Wpg. From Raith to Upsala the road had split down the centre line, sagging into the muskeg on both sides of the road. It was a two foot deep pothole for about 50 to 75 km. No passing that day!

Here in Ottawa, there is no such thing as a smooth ride anywhere insdie the greenbelt. Only the suburbs have nice, smooth, pothole-free roads...Problem is, the suburbs are ungly as hell.....

And what the fuck is up with all the speedbumps in my area? My God, this city is nuts... 8O
