Boiled. My fave way anyway.

Pan-fried is what you do to leftovers the next day. If there are any leftovers that is

I do them boiled for about 5 mins, then fried in a cast-iron pan, with lots of butter. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM! [drool] [drool]

"French style"

Only way to go.

Slather on the sour cream, scoop up some bacon and onions and bon appetite! :D

Perogies with fried onion and bacon with a big helping of sour cream.

Is there any other way to eat perogies? I think not.

Instead of sour cream, try blueberry yoghurt. Reminds me of "Plumberheh" (or some spelling) - plum or berry pirogies boiled in thick sweet cream. Mmmmmmmmm. Great way to enjoy them!
