well it may be something to look into but I dobt fuel will stay this high for long (not thate a good venture will not survive) and as the price of grain rises (you bet it will), ethanol won't look as sweet.

In the documentary I watched I think they were planning on useing straw also.So now an unproductive feild can start making money.

Last year working in central Alberta I filled my cooler with corn right from the fields every day and Taber Alberta(southern) has corn that's on par with Creston corn or better,hell of a corn fest there every year. And I didnt see any irrigation there either.At any rate it doesnt have to be corn,anything that grows can be used.Grain is another favourite.

Would be that be done in the same plant? I think cellulose conversion is years off and would benifit more from switchgrass then wheat straw.
