Hey, just wondering if anyone from Regina, Saskatoon, or Winnipeg would mind sharing their thoughts on what the "nice" parts of those towns are. I live in Edmonton and I'm curious as to housing prices in comparable parts of those cities. As in, developed between about 1970 and 2000, a little ways from downtown, low crime, that kind of thing. I know what that is in Edmonton, but I haven't a clue for anywhere else...
