Can you imagine what would happen to Quebec finacially if they were left to their own? The PQ party when in power for the last two years declared a balanced budget but in fact it was something like 2 billion in the hole. They don't trust Ottawa .....riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. I don't trust any government when it comes to money but even less the government of Quebec. Too much hand outs as election candy to make themselves look good, leaving the mess to the next government to clean up.

So far Ottawa has come up with a sensible budget, tho time will tell if it is, but at least it appears they made an effort. Present Quebec government are on their toes and have to be sensible, man just love these minority governments.
