Fiscal imbalance exists. Both PQ and PLQ (QC liberal) asked to solve it, Federal Liberals denied the imbalance, now Harper recognized it but like I said only because Charest is elected he will give a part of it. IMO, and in the opinion of Yves Séguin (PLQ), Bloc Quebecois and probably the PQ, GST tax should be given to the provinces.
I hesitated, I almost voted for Québec Solidaire, a leftiest sovereignist party, I don't think their's a chief, I only heard about spokemen Dr Amir Khadir and Françoise David.
PQ is a social-democrat party but André Boisclair is a centrist. Landry realized zero-deficit but he cheated, he declared the one year old surpluses as incomes of another less profitable year. Boisclair wants to reach a real zero-deficit.
I finally voted PQ, I like my candidate, Louisanne Chevrier. I played pool with her and we talked about politics. I agree we should tax those american compagnies who bottle our public water to sell it here and around the world. I agree we should not privatize Mont Orford.
Alberta is rich now because they have oil, let see in 20-30 years, Quebec have a vast territory and our power is water, thanks to René Lévesque for our nationalized hydroelectricity.
