If you don't pay they escalate it to seizures that's what happen to a garage in Shawville Quebec where he refused to pay, they then sent a letter telling him they we're going to seize over 100k in equipment and vehicles. He forwarded all that information to 60 Minutes, 60 Minutes got in touch with them. They said it was an administrative error and dropped it(pussed out). Sad he had to rely on American media to do something.

The attraction of Fascism as opposed to Socialism/Communism is the fact that it allows for a lot more economic freedom than the latter systems. An economic middle class is possible under that system.....civil rights and liberties are ephemeral and abstract while cash in the bank(food on the table) and political stability(law and order or perception of it) keep most people happy.

This kind of stuff reminds me of a comment Konrad Adenauer made about why Germany allowed Adolf Hitler to rise to power he said: "God places certain limits on our intelligence but none what so ever on our stupidity."

This "limitation" isn't limited to Spain, Italy, Germany we all fall prey to it at some point.
