I just did a search and Rae is going to be interim leader until their leadership convention sometime between Mar 1 and June 30 2013. Seems a long time for him to act as the face and voice of the party

Little update here. Liberal convention coming up soon and both frontrunners for party President (Copps and Crawley) think Bob Rae should be able to run for party leader.

Is this really happening? [drool]

Disaster.

To use a hockey analogy, they need to change the core of the party. This is more of the same old.

100% agreed. During the Chretien years they seemed to have a grip on things and now this. Shelia Copps might wind up as party President for Christ's sake. :evil:

Clear sailing for Harper though, methinks.
