I don't recall anyone hitting a hegative that high. I do recall some guy wandering in here a year or so ago that got up to about -40 maybe before he was banned, and that only took a few days.

eureka has been here less than 4 months and has received no warnings and has no informational notes posted by the mods, as to his -102 rep points, I think that has to be a record.

Eureka has no warnings because to be be fair, he doesn't really flame (he may insult and belittle but he doesn't flame - too much) Eureka gets those neg reps not becuase he holds opinions that may be opposite to others, there ain't a thing wrong with that, but that he appraoches every discourse at the height of arrogance and has been caught either lying or playing with facts.
