Agreed. California legalizing pot will kick the shit out of BC's illegal organized criminals better than any law could.

Even though its a blog its still a news piece rather then an opinion piece right? They are reporting the news that the 2010 ballot will have legalizing marijuana on it.

California just turned down stuff on SSM, i don'tthink its a garantee that marijuana will be legalized.

It won't matter if they do. Marijuana falls under federal jurisdiction, so even if the state won't prosecute them, the Feds can still step in and do it.
