Turns out the National Enquirer and TMZ were right after all.

Never meant to be disrespectful, to Scape, but only that these type of tabloid sites, are not usually the most trustworthy out there. Sorry man.

Still, the media will have a field day with this whole turn of events. Compared to some others, he did not hit his wife, nor did he rape anyone or sexually abuse some teen somewhere. Sure cheating is not greatest but under the circumstance, the media is making a whole lot more then it actually is. Controversial news sell.
