I've not seen the video, at work and all that fun stuff, most likely this will not go to court. Some sort of back door agreement will be done. Even if convicted he would not end up doing jail time, Judges seem to protect Judges more often then cops protect cops. IF he does do any jail time it would be in protective custody with no to very little contact with general population.
I would love to administer some "punishment" for his misdeeds but then again some guard might forget to lock a door or have to leave for a few minutes a-la jeffery dahmer.

Finally seen the video (damn firewall at work) and wouldn't be one little bit surprised if the daughter put a bullet in his head someday. Absolute scumbag.

His comment was that she threatened to put this video online if he took her Mercedes away and stopped paying her college tuition, something he threatened to do (for whatever reason)...
