I mean; do you have to be stupid, an ass or both to work there. I went to my local 'tucky Duck store on Dundas St. E. in Belleville tonight at 9:30. There's some bimbo standing outside smoking something. "We close at 10:00 tonight sir."

"Fine, it's 9:30."

"Oh yeah, but we closed and locked the doors a few minutes ago."

Do you blame me for calling her an asshole before I drove away?

Not really, but almost every fast food place does that. The last half hour is for clean up and such.

Its probably because there was no manager around, I always closed the stores I worked at early if the manager wasnt there.

I was at the Micky D's drive through at 9:45 one day and they said they stopped serving breakfast. I know that they serve breakfast till 10:00 so I was pissed and didn't order anything.

Luckly for me they had a sign on the building saying "Phone the MCD's manager at Number #### and tell us about your service." So while I was waiting to get out of the line I called the manager.

They made me breakfast and I got it for free.

I just had a similar experience at my local KFC last night.I went in at 9:00-they are open til 1:00.Bunch of kids 'working' there. Place was a pig-sty.And the 'staff' were actually running around, screaming and playing until I Interrupted them! Normally would have turned around and left but my 'guests' wanted KFC!
Ordered a bucket,fries, gravy,salad etc, right off the picture on the wall. Loudmouth says'we don't have enough chicken for that'.It will take 12 min to cook it! I telll him 'get your ass back there and start cooking then'!He asks' do I want this or that. I go over to the picture and point right at it and tell him' THIS IS WHAT I ORDERED, THIS IS WHAT I WANT'! He sure seemed 'pissed' that he actually had to do something to earn his pay.
I will not go back to THAT store again!

I can't even begin to imagine what they did to your food in the back while 'preparing' it....

I've heard horror stories about places like that and the quality of staff making the food. Dropped a piece of chicken on the greasy floor? No problem, dust it off and put it in the fryer for a couple of seconds. And while I'm at it, I think I'll spit a big wad into the gravy because the guy out front is being a dick.

Exactly why I don't eat at fast food restaurants.
