Well I don't agree with the war in Afghanistan, as I have clearly stated previously.

But I would never wish ill will to a soldier in the line of duty (unless he tosses a helpless puppy into a pit).

I want Canadians out because I don't believe that Afghanistan is worth 1 Canadian life.

If people of Afghanistan are not willing to rise up on their own to fight against repression, then they deserve what they get.

I feel differently. when i think about afganistan i think about the kids, and i want them to have the equivilent opportunities mine would back here in Canada (once i have kids). They don't have that yet under the current circmsances, but it is a work in rgres, with many successes and failures. Under the Taliban there would be no oportunity, atleast not for the girls, and much reduced for the boys.

Number one reason why I wish so much to get deployed. I don't want to go over to kill, I want to go over to try and make the place safer and more stable for the foreign and afghan civilians to rebuild their country.
