So I send packages regularly by mail. Today I had two packages. One about 2KG or less , the other 5 KG or so. The regular mail comes daily, a middle aged guy comes and drops off and picks up. Sometimes he stops to chat. I normally listen for him just to make sure he can grab my package.

Lately the personnel has changed. But normally the packages go out.

Today a middle aged woman comes, I head out to make sure the packages go too. She is in her truck and I noticed my packages here too. So I run out and tap on her window and she freaks out a little cause I scared her (by accident). I said that I had two packages to go. She says “We do pickups only as a courtesy, and I’m not picking them up”.

I kind of stood there stunned for a second. She started to say something and I turned around and went back into the shop shaking my head. If I treated my customers that way, I wouldn’t have very many.

Anyways, I’m going to do my best to make sure she suffers. And we’re going to check out some other companies to see if the rates are similar.

Sounds typical of CP people.

I used to deal with them all the time in the retail sector....they have lots of "rules".
