Polar bears are farther south near Churchill,we get the big kodiaks once in a while,just as big as a polar bear,Ptarmigan are as bad as crows,if youve ever heard the noises they can make....sounds like "Fuck you".

Last night was cold,the stove is now off limits to the newfy and his screwdriver.It went out about midnight last night,right now we have visitors,good thing as we need the wieght,our tent feels like its ready for lift off with the 80 klik winds.Stoves cooking,were watching the framework in the tent flex and wondering if well be in the lake by morning.She's still a major blizzard here,these frenchys are in for a surprise this winter,this is how every day will be plus add -40 celsius and no sunlight.I can see lots of tent time this winter.

i'm getting my own tent for the winter,he's going to have to keep someone else entertained.He is handy though,was feeding diesel soaked rags into the heater last night before we stopped him.Forget it Frank,the flames out.

Cam,they sure dont do anything slow,watching them speed graze is awesome,looks like their running but their grazing.

Had 2 charge me a couple weeks ago,just abluff charge though.
