5 months no rain nothing grew +30 celcius everyday for more than 2 months and I live in the coldest region of Canada , Colder than the far reaches of the north ...How can it be ??? Southern Saskatchewan

Sorry, as abnormal as Saskatchewan is, I'd have to grant that title to Ontario, where they have the historic winter snow fall...tough....as a Sask resident, I hardly felt the frost.... Western Canada, aint it great?
