We should have strict federally controlled size standards to ensure that imported shoes meet our unique Canadian size standards.
This would require a huge national testing program to ensure that size 7 feet, for example, are the same in all provinces, between each race, and gender. Gender specific and age specific shoe sizes have no place in a progressive and inclusive country.
I'm going to suggest this to my federal NDP MP, just to see if she takes the bait :-)

The testing would be biased as soon as women start trying on the shoe's. My x would struggle into a size 6 and complain about it shrinking and yet I could wear her snowmobile boots her feet were so big.

"Never mind the shoes, she'll just take the boxes", used to get a chuckle out of the salesman saying that while shopping with her.One way to get out of shopping.

Socks

either mens feet shrunk or there is just to many small foot immigrants so they took the size 10 to 13 off all the shelves . Everyone will eventually notice they are hard to find now .

I bought size 7 to 11 thinking I bought size 10 to 13 for my size 12 foot gave the socks to Mrs Banff and she said they fit tight around the ankle . She is not fat and has skinny ankles . Not easy to find the bigger sizes any longer . Yes my feet cross dress from barefoot and sandals half the year to socks for the other half year to protect my foot wear on the season change so I guess one could say I am a cross dresser but no more than anyone else .

Why didnt you just buy the size 12's then?

Personally,I'm laying the blame on all those small footed immigrants.
