If anybody says something about you that is not true, tell them that they do not have the power to criticize anybody. We merely criticize ourselves by our words and conduct and that is the only acceptable criticism. The only think that is not acceptable is misrepresentation and when the obsession to criticize leads to inappropriate commentary, we expose our own inadequacy.

If anybody criticizes you, tell them that your psychiatrist has verified your sanity and armed with the professional knowledge he has shared, you are above
and beyond criticism.

If anybody criticizes you, tell them that when you make a mistake, you criticize yourself and if they have anythng critical to say, it should therefore be about themselves.

The truth is, Smurfs.com and critisism is destructive.
