Can somebody please explain why an American would become a member of a website called Canada Kicks Ass and then go on about why America is so great and that Canada is ... well i'm sure you all know what they tend to say about us. I guess some things are never to make sense.
By the way, i don't like the loud mouthed Canadians who say the same tyoe of stuff about the states, but at least that can be understood and tolerated at a place like this.

Well, when a Canada kicks ass site makes a section about US/Canada relations and US politics, wouldn't you expect Americans to show up? I mean when you talk about US politics wouldn't it be nice to at least include some Americans? I think it can be healthy if Americans are here because you can open their eyes to Canada and talk politics with them(seeing as the United States is brought up so much here).

forgive me johnny, i didn't mean that all americans are loud mouthed, or even just the. just the ones that are i find which are loud mouthed are quite annoying, same as i find any Canadian like that annoying, or a Brit, German, ...
My point was that i couldn't understand why they would join a site called Canada Kicks Ass and then constantly bad mouth our country. i respect the opinions of just about anyone on this site. i mean, i wouldn't join a site like www.usarocks.net and say that canada kicks ass

Yeah, I don't understand it either. I mainly come here because I've gotten used to talking to people and it's probably one of the most civil debate sites out there. There's alot of other sites where you just have a bunch of idiots. I didn't think you were talking about all Americans.

That's a really good point, Rev. There are definitely some Canadians who are so alienated and colonised that they've come to hate their own country.
And they seem to really get a kick out of coming to sites like CKA to pick fights. It's really pathetic and more than a little disturbing...

How are Canadians alienated and colonized(whatever that means) to hate their own country? Could you please elaborate on that please?
