I don't think banning such garbage would accomplish much except to drive it underground. Let the light of intelligence and reason shine brightly on it and it will soon disappear into the hole from whence it sprung. And, take note that I was going strictly by the review at Amazon's site. I haven't read the book.
I suppose you're right (it is worth a chuckle) but you do realize that unfortunately there are an awful lot of people who take scare tactics seriously even after their little chuckle . The book is nothing more than a fear promoter and I think you got the jist of its content by the reveiw . As it is the US government does a great job in promoting fear to legit their spending on military power . I don't know why someone from Philly needs to promote revelations in Canada . The contents have been repeated by 100s of thousands if not millions of authors so I find it surprising this could slip through to mailboxes in book form .
