At least you clowns could bother to stay with the times. That clip from WCW Nitro came from about 1999. Jericho back then was playing the heel (which in normal people talk means "bad guy"). That particular show was done in Toronto and to get the crowd riled up, which every good heel wrestler always tries to do, Jericho (who is a Canadian BTW, just to elucidate those who appear to know absolutely nothing about wrestling at all) ripped on Canada just to get the crowd hating him. A couple years later with WWE (after WCW went under) Jericho had a major heel role as a member of an evil "Team Canada", which earned him all sorts of major hate points from the crowds on the American side of the border.

I can tolerate you jerkys distorting the news all you want but I'll be damned if I sit back quietly while you take cheap shots at the great game of human chess known as professional wrestling.

Here's a Bret Hart doing the pro-Canada thing from the same episode of Nitro. It's about ten minutes long but the wrap-up is absolutely worth it. Note that, just like they always do in Toronto or Montreal, the crowd goes absolutely nuts at wrestling shows.
