Our eldest is coming here for the summer and I thought we'd use a Canadian travel agent to see if they could find any deals. The price we were quoted was $1500 - $2000 for a one way....what a crock!! I just checked expedia and I can get a return out of Winnipeg to Hong Kong for $1600 and change.

For all intents and purposes travel agents no longer exist in Canada.

The people now using that name are just resellers of tours but willingly clip the unwary if one ventures into their sites.
