Judge Wally Oppal always said it was the fault of the politicians.. now Liberal MLA Wally Oppal says it's the judges fault... and more people keep being killed.

How about an earlier intervention? This kid had 11 prior convictions for violent crimes, at age 16. He should have been in a juvenile detention centre until age 18, at the very least. Then, depending upon the seriousness of his crimes, transferred to an adult facility. This is an individual that proved himself, beyond a shadow of a doubt, to be a danger to society. And such, should have been removed from society.

Not capital punishment, but I think every repeat offender from age 15 + should auto be charged as an adult.

I also think 16 and 17 should have the option at first offense to be charged as an adult more easily
