While there are valid questions regarding:

The sudden appearance of CRO-MAGNON with no apparent precursors....
The very real mystery of most of our food crops originating in mesopotamia...

It is too much of a leap to accept this 12th planet hypothesis. Too much of a leap.

The big problem I have is that life could evolve on what is in principle a giant comet spending much of it's time in the frigid vastness beyond the Kuyper belt.
