I got a call back from the City of Ottawa Health department 2 days after my original message (incompetent department) and the girl on the phone, while she was talking to me was eating at the same time. How freaking unprofessional can she get? Why could she not wait 5 more minutes (after 2 days of waiting) and eat her damn lunch before calling me?

Oh and the Ottawa Health Department pisses me off too - we had our well tested and we had some bacteria in our well, but for some reason, she couldn't find any record of our 3 tests. Bureaucracy at its worse.

What makes it worse is if they get all uppity about you correcting them. Trust us, we who can spell don't do it to make you feel bad, we do it so other people won't think you can't spell either. It's out secret....

I wish I knew a way to find out their phone number or where they're calling from so I could report them to the RCMP or something. (any suggestions?)

People at my work who don't show up for work. Now, 99% of the guys there are good guys to work with and we all fucking HATE that place, but come on, no one wants to do your job on top of the bullshit job they already have to do.

That would do it.

Sadly, in my case, the number on my call display says it's an unknown number which usually means it's an international number.
