Whatever you do, do not go into the Customer Service Industry - It sucks!!!!!!!!

Customers give me gas................

Customers are nasty, rude, think they are funny and they ain't , are
sexist, sleazy, creepy, smelly..........

If customers know everything in the first place why did they come to
us? Oh yeah, they want to waste an hour of our time telling us all
about it.........

My life would be so much more organized if we didn't have any
customers.........

I would never have to hear any more whining and complaining and
bi--ching ever again.....

My partner would not have an ulcers........

My eye would stop twitching.....

We wouldn't be alcoholics......... Well maybe we would be but we'd be happier

I wouldn't have to deal with warranty claims about stuff we sold that
was junk in the first place because everything comes from freaking BF
China and will never fit..............

Our stated hours would be M-F 8-5 - not Saturday, not M-F evening
until 9:00pm and definitely not freaking Sunday at any time you
losers.......... Get a life and stop interrupting mine.

This my dear friends is the rant of a fed up, cabin fevered, winter
weary small business owner -..................

its usually the only time people think they have power, when they are bitching about sub par products to a person who has absolutely nothing to do with its shoddy production.

Like people who bitch at the guy reading the hydro meter because their electric bill is too high! I just laughed at him and said I just read the meters I don't use the electricity.

I worked for the Brick for 8 years, 4 as a delivery driver and 4 as a warehouse supervisor.
The company motto was "Retail is Detail" which basically means, be here as long as you can and when your shift is over go sleep on the cot in the corner.
Customers are bad too, even worse for drivers cause they got you in their homes and figure you their bitch for the day.
After 8 years it was leave or go insane, I left.
Now I'm a dispatcher for a trucking company and I only deal with warehouses and freight brokers, ahhhhh peace and quiet!

I think she'd be allowed to bitch all she wants.

Sure, not to the reader but to the company. I haven't worked in that field for years but our hand-held computer would not allow you to make an entry that would give the customer a $12,000 bill!

Terasen, is that in BC? I knew things cost more in BC but that is a little ridiculous!

Terasen Gas - it's in BC and Alberta, anyway. Not sure where else.

My first thought was someone had their grow-op hooked up to her meter, but wrong utility!

I don't know where she's from though... or how the whole thing ended up being handled.

Sounds like some computer glitch, or someone not entering a decimal in the right spot!
