Here is something which has Great Choreography in the filming infact one of the best yet ...it has stupid music to it , loaded with crimes and really is in my opinion metacafes worst all time pathetic video : I had to watch it a few times but realized :

the grizzly and the cougar are likely friends , and it shook its head in play then shoulder checked the cougar . In real life the bear wouldn't approach so cautiously and would pin an animal down .

wolves are not that stupid and the scene probably took place in a cage where the wolf was cornered and somehow weakened by those who did the filming because a wolf really can kick ass and take on a cougar . So the cougar looked like it was well trained to fight .

the eagle fell backwards before the cougar struck so it was likely tied down .

the other bear could have left because of the scent of humans or the cougar trained to persist or both .

in my opinion this video is total Bullshit crap which is supposed to fool everybody ....ummmm ...oh yeah ...almost forgot , watch the video

That cat was protecting her little ones, they will fight anything, even a Griz to the death.

I'd say she killed the wolf, probably just because it was a threat also to her litter.

The eagle was a tasty snack by the looks of it. :o

Cougars are strange, they will stalk and eat anything, even people. In town here we get about 3 a year breaking in to homes through screen windows and running off with the family pet as dinner. Their so bad we have a steady guy with his hounds and have also started training the Karelian bear dogs to deal with the problem.

I don't know where you are but the ridge in Canmore has alot of cougars jumping onto balconies and eating dogs . Most cougars in that area are within the valleys leading to and from Lake Minnewanka but I would guess the greatest numbers would be that last little ridge which heads directly behind Exshaw , passes by Lake Min. and Watervalley north ...anyway the video is bogus and full of flaws ie . notice the baby coog was just a film shot but Mama wasn't around to eat the camera and the film crew ? and notice the rabbit was just a quick shot and so was the flying eagle but the attack on the rabbit was not shown . they were props , its obvious "Choreography" the list of bogus crap in that video seems long to me . I'd bet that cougar is a pet

I think most of it was real, the wolf went for her throat, that is about the only way a wolf could kill a cat, that way the cats jaws are out of harms way.
I'm a couple hours south of you in the Crows nest pass, kananskis country is in between here and banff. The cats are bad since the population exploded a few years ago, they come into town all the time and munch on pets.Couple of older ladies got a scare last year when they found a cat in their homes. bow hunters in tree stands have been stalked and attacked. That's why we are training the bear dogs for cats. They let 3 or 4 of thses dogs loose on a problem cat or bear,as the dogs are harrasing and chaseing the animal they also shoot at them with rubber bullets and bear bangers and bear scares. The thinking is the animals chaseing them coupled with the pain of the bullets and the noise of the bear bangers will make them associate all that with people and towns and make them wary of leaving the bush again.

Some guy made a video showing clips of cougars because it's his favourite animal - there's nothing 'bogus' at all about some footage of animals fighting.

I wish I had the link for it but the a few weeks ago youtube had a video of american soldiers taunting children in what looked like iraq or afghanistan with bottles of water. They had them chase their truck for about 5 minutes and then threw the bottle of water at the kids and laughed when the kid was pushed aside while some others who had not been running took the water.

That is by far the video that has made me angry more than any other.
