I had a friend years ago, that got mixed up with the Jehovah witnesses .He was a bipolar manic depressive who medicated with alcohol.

They had him, extremely brainwashed standing on street corners with awake magazines and being led by the nose door-to-door doing their neighborhood trips.

He truly believed the world was going to end and that just the Jehovah witnesses were going to get into heaven.

But because he was manic-depressive, he went way over the top and ended up in a mental hospital over it. and of course instead of trying to help someone who is in trouble they just abandoned him

How can you be a sect of Christianity when you deny the Diety of Christ when that is the whole point of Christianity???

They are non Trinitarian in their belief....many early followers of Christ were as well. To them, Christ was the Messiah, sent by God, not God made flesh. It was only after the Nicene Council that the belief that Christ was God gained acceptance. The Unitarian Church is one of the best examples of a modern day non Trinitarian Christian church.

Had friends who were JW's and they broke up about the same time we did.
Saw her in the mall and she invited me over. I told her I'd already filed divorce papers and she informed me that in her religion the only recognized grounds for divorce was adultery.
Well I can help you with that! Slam! Bam! ....
Anytime she needs me to, I'll be happy to look a Church Elder (or whatever the JWs call them) in the eye and say "Yeah I fucked her. On the floor. On the table. On the hood of the car. In the arse. I can prove it, she squirts when she comes."
