My experience has taught me guys like him rarely think about what other posted, at least not in the way they intend. More then likely he has only realised he has been beaten and cant sucessfully troll the subject anymore. At least with a small timeout.

and the population is increasingly urban, not rural. And wildebeast are only in some parts of africa not others. And guns are scarce and expensive to average citizens unless you know an arms dealer. And agriculture is the staple of any nutritious diet but access to farmland is limited to those with wealth/connections.
