Anyone want to take bets as to whether not Anonymous will DDoS Apple for that? It's not like they have anything better to do during the holidays.

It's clear that Apple's running scared from frivolous lawsuits (America's pastime) by pulling apps that have been approved but complained about. Maybe they should tighten up their approval process by asking themselves a few questions before putting them in the app store. Starting with, "Is this likely to end up in a lawsuit?"
