This could be interesting. If the court case is based on the actual science of climate change and these researchers are forced to swear under oath them the case will go no where as the faith based religion of climate change does not hold up to hard real science. However, if the challenge is strictly made against the agreement itself it opens a Pandora's box on many levels.
