Hi , i am trying to change the head phones , after i cut the wires i realised that cannot solder , as there is some coating which doesnt allow contact , anybody can advise how to remove the insulation coating on the wire.The wire is very soft and can see some thread(silk) support in it.please help , how can i join these kind of wires.

Use tubular crimps, you can obtain types that have sharp protusions inside the tube to penetrate the insulation. Try radio shack.

Make sure you have the ring, tip and ground correctly identified.
