If there was one on a collision I seriously doubt we'd be told in advance. We'd likely all find out when it hit.

This is why global warming is the least of my concerns, giant space rocks do exist and are floating around out there. They've hit us before just a matter of time before another big one hits us again.

If one was headed our way tomorrow, we wouldn't be able to so shit.

What would be cool is if that asteroid gets into orbit around Earth. A new moon ! It could be used as a 2nd Guantanamo Bay

Or, we could ship Harry of Wales on the surface. (The Little Prince)

I'd like to know.

Just so that I'd have enough time to get my lawn chair, case of beer, ipod, vaporizer, umbrella, bag of cheetos on the roof of my house to watch the inevitable fireworks and the chaos that would ensue due to nimrods around me running for their lives.
