Isnt it the Bravia series ? I only saw a 40inch LCD with that deal on a few weeks ago, and now its a 42inch LCD with the surround sound.
My mistake it is LCD not plasma I was just so happy to be getting it that i typed it in wrong....it is the full hd 1080p not the 42 inch the 40 it is as big as i could go for my cabinet I had built....and i may be doing some shaving of that to get it to fit....it will sit in it so all you can see is screen no base on the tv.

Your still a lucky bastard ! its a beautiful TV

I'm looking for a Panasonic. They scored well with CR. Anyone have any practical experience? The large plasma models are looking pretty attractive.

I bought my tv about 2 years ago. 65" Toshiba projection
ColorStream, SRS/wow, Touch Focus, HDMI, TheatreWide,(4 picture sizes, split screen) TheatreWide HD, HDTV Monitor. Model 65H85C

I have been really happy with this one and don't think I'll be replacing it anytime soon!

Yeah, if you have the space for a projection television you can get some killed deals now. I have a feeling I'll own one of those before I own my first 40+ plasma or lcd.

LED DLP baby! Just got a 56", and saw a 67" at Costco for $300 more than what I paid!

I had a 52" rear projection, and I am not disappointed in the slightest! Halo3 is stunning in HD!
