Given that the current inspection scheme (when it is enforced) barley checks 1 in 10 birds, lab grown meat will be cheaper and safer. Much the same as when you go to a superstore and as long as the end product is not touched by human hands as much as possible you are guaranteed a consistent quality same would go here.
