I hope somebody can help me with the following:

I gotta translate into English a project title for a grant application.
I believe you as native speakers (better if you work/study in this field but not obligatory of course!) could advise, which version is better or offer a new better one.

here we go:

1) Theoretic and Experimental Investigation of the Possibility to Create Low-Voltage Systems for Forming and Operating Electron Beams With Low Temporal Dispersion.

2) Theoretic and Experimantal Ivestigation of the Possibility to Create Low Temporal Dispersion Electron Beams Forming and Operating Systems of Low-Voltage.

I'd leave out the "possibilities" part, but basically as Ripcat wrote,

A Theoretical and Experimental Investigation of Low Voltage Systems for the Formation and Operation of Electron Beams with Low Temporal Dispersion

Is it a low voltage electron beam system, or does the low voltage system somehow aid whatever forms the electron beam? If they're the same thing, you could even reduce it to:

A Theoretical and Experimental Investigation of the Formation and Operation of Low Voltage Electron Beam Systems with Low Temporal Dispersion


Or something like that.... I know how tricky naming these things are!

naming reports is the hardest part. it need to be simple and to the point, and at the same time show exactly what your doing.

Thanks BN! i think i can't leave out the possibilities part... the point is the ways of creating the bloody systems are being researched, not the systems themselves
