The Japanese GP might be a good choice. Flights and hotels should be cheaper because it's not in peak season. Otherwise, a European GP, so you can see some of Europe as well.

If you're thinking of going to a European GP I'd suggest Monaco (even though the city state itself is hella expensive (though you could stay a few miles down the road in Nice or Marseilles for cheaper). I've heard Barcelona is really nice as well.

I've done Monaco, but Spain sounds nice.
