The CBC is introducing a 7 second delay on Coach's Corner effective "immediately" due to his comment that "Most of the guys that wear them are Europeans and French guys." - referring to the use of visors.

The CBC claims this is offensive after a complaint was received.

I never caught this live - was anything else said, or is this it? I have difficulty finding anything offensive in this phrase.

Not ALL of his comments are buddy... He was right about the helmet deal but there are other times he is way off base with some of hs remarks...
