It is possible for the IOC to take away the games, even long after they have been awarded. Simply because the city that believed could manage it, couldn't.

ohhh I doubt they would. Vancouver can handle it! Oh and no many people high up in TOronto Municipal politics have said they won't be making a bid because there's not much point and it would just be a giant waste of money.
