Detroit, defending champs - swept out of the first round.

How embarassing.

Bad for me in the pool, good for the biz though.

Anyone wanna bet Stevie Y retires this summer?

He was going to retire before. I don't know what made him change his mind and play another season in Detroit. Maybe the chance for one more Cup. :?

Anyway, one of the greats.

If Yzerman should retire, so should Chelios, Hull, and about half of the Detroit Red Wings.

And although he is not a Wing, Amonte has about had it too.

That's what people are saying after Wednesday. Personally I never liked Chelios or that whiney cry-baby Hull. They can both piss off as far as I'm concerned.

Glad to see that traitor CUJO out playing golf while his former team mates are still in the hunt for Lord Stanley's mug!!

Go Leafs Go

I agree with you al_kendrick, it is nice to see that CUJO is out. I don't care if he wanted to change teams, he had every right to do so. But, he didn't have to say that he was changing teams so he would have a better chance at a Cup. Serves him right for opening his big mouth.
I'd love to be in Detroit when the Leafs win the Cup.
