Koser tax???

Yes the labels are there, but it looks to be harmless on the surface. I did a quick search but dug up nothing to back up the secret tax claim, of course it would be difficult to show where the profits from certification are going. Absence of proof does not mean guilt, so unless shown to be the case, we have to assume that there is no secret koser tax.

One of the largest certification companies is "OK Kosher Certification" which does have officies in Israel, but it is a US based company.
It's a load of hooey. And another subtle attempt at discrimination. Somehow there must be a secret tax, because people don't understand 'Kosher'. And it's the fault of Jews again, because that is their target for bigotry, when Muslims are just as 'Kosher'. It's really obvovius what 'Kosher' is, just read Leviticus, chapter 1, 1 -20 or so. That is what 'Kosher' is.

Muslims will not eat pork, or shellfish. I've met hassidic Jews who travel with their own plates and cutlery, because of their wish (according to the bible and their faith) that milk and meat may never touch.

Yea, it make so much more sense there must be some hidden conspitacy behind it.

How come it's bullshit ?

Facts: Kosher certification compagnies are not non-profit organisations, it costs money to be certified. For example, from 2500$ to 3000$ per year for artisanal cheese dairy. The large producers prefer to keep these fees secret.

Source: Protègez-vous (Quebec gov's mag) August 2002

There's at least two things we need to see evidence of:

1) That companies are being illegitimately coerced into paying for certification.

2) That the profits generated from certification are being used to fund, for example, illegitimate organizations, such as zionist lobby/terror groups.
The difference is 'Hidden Rabinnical Tax' is racist, while 'potentially fatal Peanut Allergy' isn't.

Because many religions don't have traditional food requirements does not mean ones that do are evil.

A better analogy than "peanut free" is organic certification, which costs money and we have no idea where the money goes off-hand. Using the same logic as the koser tax, we can devise a theory that organic certification is coerced upon food producers and serves some hidden pupose, such as ironically funding GM food production and distribution.

People in the Israeli government are criminals just like in the Liberal Party of Canada.

Moshé Katsav (president): sexual harassment
Haïm Ramon (minister of justice): sexual harassment
Ehoud Olmert (prime minister): real fraud
Dan Haloutz (major general): exchange fraud

There's a great leaflet here.

Also I have some links at my site (sorry for the "advert") under "Boycott" in the right-hand column. The document "Why?" is well worth reading. I am working on a more exhaustive information page that hopefully will be complete fairly soon.
----------
P.S. Thanks Footprints for bringing up this issue.
